Institut Curie has many Alumni who have done their master, PhD or post-doc at the institute, and who have afterwards proceeded to follow a range of career paths. We would like to introduce you to some of them.
The aim of this 3-day workshop is to explain what radiomics is, define best practices and teach how to use the free LIFEx software to analyze images and carry out radiomic studies.
The course will include lectures and plenty of hands-on practice, enabling participants to familiarize themselves with the many features of LIFEx software. No programming skills are required to use LIFEx.
Each participant will work on his or her own laptop, using examples from public image databases. By the end of the course, participants should have a good command of the software, enabling them to carry out radiomic studies on their own.
