Some of you, mostly postdocs but not only, are considering starting their own research group and are getting ready to apply for such positions.
This training proposes a mock interview for those interested to crash-test their application and receive feedback by Curie PIs.

To prepare participants to group leader position interviews.
You will need to provide a CV (2 pages max), project (2 pages) and cover letter (2 pages max) addressed to an institute you actually intend on applying to.
You will need to prepare a presentation of yourself and your project (20 min).

In front of other participants and a mock committee consisting of group leaders from Curie, you will present yourself and your project (20 min) before answering questions of the committee (10 min).
After that, the committee will give you honest feedback on your application, performance and chances.

For this event to be efficient, the number of participants will be limited to 5 and your application may not be selected this time. There will be more editions later on.
