The list of 2026 International Courses organized by Institut Curie’s Advanced Training Office in coordination with researchers is now available.
Institut Curie and Sorbonne Université (SU) organize their 11th International Developmental Biology course.
The aim of the programme is to provide the participants a comprehensive coverage of the concepts, paradigms and technical approaches of modern Developmental Biology paying particular attention to stem cells. Training in aspects of normal and abnormal development is achieved through a variety of embryonic systems using state-of-the-art instrumentation and methodology.
This course will be organized real-time virtual.
The objective is to expose the students to the recent concepts in Developmental Biology, including highlighting their important contribution to the stem cell field and clinical sciences. Various domains of the Developmental Biology field are addressed, not only across the variety of embryonic models but also across the diversity of approaches (large-scale and translational approaches, mathematical modeling, biophysical approaches…).
This course is part of the Sorbonne Université International Master (2nd Year).
Registration on this page is only for the 10 day-long course (6 ECTS - code NV520).
For the 4.5 week-long course (SU grants - 12 ECTS - code NV511), please check directly Sorbonne Université website.
The evaluation for the validation of 6 credits given by Sorbonne Université is limited to 30 students. The content of the evaluation will be adapted depending on the specificity of the course (on place or at distance).
