Selection Criteria

Pre-requisites:

  • Basic knowledge of some statistical concepts (mean, standard deviation, distribution) is suitable.
  • Basic knowledge of GraphPad Prism is desirable (how to enter data into the software, familiarity with the main tabs). The choice of tests and parameters will be re-explained.

In addition, you must:

1) Have a computer for sessions 2 and 3 (or at least one computer for every two people).

2) Have G*Power (available for free download here: https://www.psychologie.hhu.de/arbeitsgruppen/allgemeine-psychologie-und-arbeitspsychologie/gpower)

3) Have GraphPad Prism (not free, but many licenses are available at the institute and a one-month trial version can be downloaded for free: https://www.graphpad.com/free-trial)
