The “Software Protection and Valorization” training aims to provide all Curie staff with the essential knowledge and tools to effectively manage software developed within the framework of research and innovation activities.

You will learn to :

  • Understand the fundamental principles of software as protected creations,
  • Identify the different valorization options, including legal protection, proprietary or open-source licensing,
  • Collaborate effectively with the Technology Transfer Office (TTO) to optimize the exploitation and dissemination of research-based software.

By the end of the training, you will be equipped with practical guidelines to secure and enhance the value of your software developments, thereby contributing to Curie’s broader mission of innovation and knowledge transfer.
