Towards reproducible research and good programming practices

This is a course for newcomers who wish to learn how to develop their own Nextflow pipelines. The course covers the question of reproducible research and good practices in computational biology with a description of the core components of the Nextflow language. It also covers key elements of pipeline design, development and configuration practices, which the aim to set up a first functional pipelines during the training.
