3 days of training on Lab Management: May 31, June 1 & 2, 2016.
Caution! We'll ask selected postdocs to commit themselves to attend this session during the 3 days.
The Training Unit will contact their supervisors to get their authorization.

Main themes of this course:

  • Introduce you to key leadership concepts
  • You start to develop your individual leadership style
  • Equip you with key communication skills
  • Prepare you for your role as leader, or
  • Support your transition from researcher to PI, or
  • Give you the chance to reflect on your experience as a PI
  • Expand your support network for scientific and leadership issues in the lab
